At boot 2012 trade fair (Messe Düsseldorf) themed "Living on the water" by PBSA graduates of the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences displayed visions of residential living. The focus of the exhibition's staging is centered around the viewer's horizon level. All images, visualizations and architectural models are located exclusively on the horizon line, which runs through the room at an eye level of 1.60 m. The darkness of the room's surfaces completely recedes in favour of this unambiguous visual horizon. The text and navigation information can be found as foil graphics on the floor level, following the example of sea charts.
