contemplative Move

The black glass panes mirror and reflect the light as water reflects the sun.

Depending on the angle from which the surface is viewed, it appears differently. Thus the observer can make numerous discoveries from the movement. However, the free form of the implementation consciously allows for other possibilities of interpretation.

The concept is comprised of two works. A kinetic shop window design was conceived for Swarovski and could be viewed in the boutique on Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse. In addition, a kinetic display and its corresponding spatial model were produced for the exhibit at the Ethnologisches Museum Dahlem. Mavis GmbH awarded the work with the Visual Merchandising World Award at the Euroshop 2014 trade fair in Düsseldorf.
